App refunds

Refunds for the one-time app ($19). Refunds for a Philote Cloud subscription are in the web "Refund Policy".

Use every feature for 14 days without an account before you buy.

Full refund within 14 days

No questions asked. Once refunded, the license on the Macs signed in with that purchase ends within a week. Your history stays.

After 14 days

• It is a one-time price, so we don't refund part of it for time not used.
• If you were charged twice by mistake, we refund in full at any time.
• If a core feature described for the app doesn't work on a supported macOS version and we can't fix it, we refund.

Withdrawal notice

Once delivery of digital content has begun, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited (for example Korea's E-Commerce Act, Art. 17(2)5). Instead, Philote gives you a 14-day trial and a 14-day full refund. This notice also appears at checkout.

How to ask

Email us at the address below from the address you paid with, or request it yourself through the Paddle link at the bottom of your receipt. Once approved Paddle processes it; reaching your card usually takes another 5–10 days.
